eastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey and for Lanier in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

History
- 1952 N.O.E.C.
founded by exclusive distributorship with the Gray Audograph Company.
- 1964 Became first
east coast distributor of Nyematic, first reliable central dictation system
- 1970 Became
exclusive distributor for Lanier who purchased Gray, Stenocord and Nyematic.
- 1976 Became
dominant factor in the Delaware Valley word processing market.
- 1980 Lanier
achieved recognition in Peters and Waterman's book "In Search of Excellence"
because of its outstanding service to customers.
- 1982 N.O.E.C.
established TELCOM DIVISION to market private telephone systems and moved its
headquarters to a 46,000 sq. ft. facility on Damar Drive.
- 1983 Lanier
entered the telecommunications market and N.O.E.C. was selected as Lanier's first
telephone systems distributor. Lanier merged with Harris Corporation, a
multi-billion dollar a year company
- 1984 N.O.E.C.
exceeded $10 million in sales, employed over 160 people, and finished year as #1
Lanier distributor in telecommunications.
- 1986 Entered into
the large PBX market with the Harris 20/20. Entered the Voice Mail market.
- 1989 Lanier and
Teleco are #1 and #2 interconnects on the Teleconnect 100 list.
- 1990 Teleco
acquires Lanier Telcom Division and N.O.E.C. signs exclusive territory agreement for
eastern Pennsylvania. Teleco #1 interconnect in sales.
- 1991 N.O.E.C. adds
Auto-Attendant products along with Call Sequencers.
- 1992 Teleco #1
interconnect with over $150 million in sales with over 150 offices in the U.S.
- 1992 Teleco starts
manufacturing it's own ISO 9000 certified voicemail systems.
- 1993 N.O.E.C. adds
long distance, message on hold services, certified CAT 5 network cabling to provide
customers with a one-stop solution for communication needs.
- 1996 Teleco expands to
300 offices in seven countries and four continents. Lucent Technologies, Local dial
tone and Nextel Cellular are added to product line.
